Dear Sirs,

As to use Bus TransJakarta, I feel service your give so bad because the officer bus, from the begining stand in line bus so long and by way of like that only, without to cover a passenger which to way of. The service not which friendly in division ticketing because they are often to not care about a passenger with the large money. a part from it I often to get division guard the door TransJakarta which not courreous to ward a passenger, for confused with course her intention.

I hope to service TransJakarta can more better again and more excellent into comfortable for passenger
